"The administration of justice is the firmest pillar of government." - President, George Washington Our constitution mandates that our governments have no power except for that which is bestowed upon them by The People. Thus, governments must serve The People and not rule over them; defend The People, but not ride them; governments must create opportunity and not strangle them; governments must nurture creativity and bring about equal justice for all, and not trample them. Moreover, our Constitution guarantees us certain fundamental rights and liberties, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to petition the government, the right to privacy, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association, the right to vote, the right to be a candidate, have access to the courts, travel interstate, the right to make one's own decisions about highly personal matters, such as marriage, child bearing and child-rearing… In addition, our laws mandate that people must be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, cruel and unusual punishments, and so on... These sacred rights were not gifts from the colonial tyrants; our visionary and courageous people earned these rights with their wisdom and sealed them with their blood. It is our collective duty to protect them: Lawyers and Laypersons alike! Chosen Lawyers are committed to defend your civil rights against governmental invasion and the ever-increasing encroachments by corporations, which have symbiotic relationships with governments. When an overzealous prosecutor or municipal, state or federal government employees or any government controlled entity put unreasonable obstacles in your way, call Chosen Lawyers; because the only law that is infallible and unequivocally accepted in American Jurisprudence is: No one is above the law.
